    Rouse Soccer Booster Club is composed of parents, family members, and community members dedicated to helping build a stronger program at Rouse for both boys and girls soccer. We work closely with the coaching staff to identify and address needs, support and encourage players, and engage parents, families, and fans.

    CONCESSIONS (Boys)    Apply here >

    The concessions board is in charge of coordinating all activities related to the concession stand for soccer games.  Every year we like to have two parents for the girls' team and 2 for the boy's team.   

    Before Season:

     

    • Check previous season inventory 
    • Contact Football Booster Club to check on leftover inventory that can be purchased
    • Purchase item from Cosco
    • Collect Items
    • Clean and set up inventory in the concession stand
    • Create/Print price-lists


    During the Season:

    • Create Sign-Up Genius for volunteers
    • Coordinating and ordering outside vendor pick-ups for concessions 
    • Help with setup for each home game for the respective team
    • Money for the till
    • Tablet fully charged with a hotspot for card sales
    • Ensure the money box is accounted for after each home game. 
    • Report weekly sales via square reports at booster club meetings
    • All inventory replenishment starts with the concessions person, who would either purchase those items or assign someone to do that for each week. 
    • Address any issues related to concession stand sales to the Board.

    The Membership Committee shall be responsible for soliciting potential members, maintaining a current roster of members, utilizing the website where appropriate, and encouraging volunteer opportunities. The promotional period for membership is from September until February of the current school year. The form can be sent electronically and adjusted to fit each school year. The form will be available on the booster website.  

     

    Responsabilities includes:

    • Promote all parents on how to become members of the booster club to vote on booster business
    • Provide incentives to becoming booster club members. The board should approve incentives or ideas before initiating with the parents.  
    • Keep a record of all parents who become members of the booster club for that school year. This spreadsheet will be passed on either through hard copy and/or electronically to the following year’s chairperson.
    • Socialize with members during Booster events to attract potential volunteers and permanent members
